Florence Nightingale Leadership Programme

Hear from Fiona Knapton and Sarah Seagar - two physios in the Leeds Community Healthcare Trust who have participated in the Florence Nightingale Leadership Programme. This 'transformational' programme develops health professionals ability to lead and influence.

CSP Associates' Network

Rob Minter, Therapy assistant at Hull University Teaching Hospitals, is an active founding member of the new CSP Associate's Network. The network will support and champion the work of those in support worker roles, showcasing the value the offer to the profession.

Rob will share about the work of this exciting new network and how people can get involved.

There will then be an open floor for questions and discussion about different approaches to career progression.

Come together with physios across to region to consider how we can act now to shape what the profession will be in the future.

What does the future hold for the physiotherapy profession? In this challenging time, what can we do now to ensure it will be in the best shape possible?

  • Hear from CSP Chief Executive Karen Middleton, as well as CSP members from all over Yorkshire who have engaged in innovation of all forms.
  • Participate in a panel discussion about how physiotherapists can continue to raise our voice and influence decisions.
